NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS
Sweepstakes. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. Eligibility:
Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years-of-age or older. Void where prohibited or
restricted by applicable law, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and
regulations apply. Winners are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties, and like
amounts connected with the prize.
How to play: Starting at 12:00 PM CST on March 18, 2026 and ending at 12:00 PM
CST March 27, 2026, enter for a chance to win one Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00)
gift card with an approximate retail value of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) valid
only for one reservation (one time dine in only use with restrictions) at Miru, 401 E.
Wacker Drive Chicago, IL by following Miru on Instagram (@mirurestaurant), liking
and tagging 1 friend in the comment section of the March 18, 2026 Instagram post
from @mirurestaurant announcing the sweepstakes at

(“Promotion Sites”). One entry per person tagged with a maximum of ten (10)
entries per entrant. To enter without purchase: on a postcard or a card that is no
smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, legibly handwrite
your complete name, mailing address, email address, phone number and date of
birth and mail with proper postage to: Miru Sweepstakes, c/o SRC Restaurant
Manager LLC 5419 N. Sheridan Road, Suite 105, Chicago, IL 60640. All write-in
entries must be postmarked by March 27, 2026, and received by 12:00 PM CST April
1, 2026. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. Each
envelope/postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. No mechanical
reproductions will be accepted. Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined
above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win.
One winner will be chosen randomly and notified by either Instagram direct message
or email depending on entry method at or about 2:00 PM CST April 1, 2026. Prize
does not include alcoholic beverages, travel, transportation or accommodations of
any kind. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $500.00.
How to claim your prize: The Winner will be chosen randomly and notified April 1,
2026 at or about 2:00 PM CST by email or Instagram message with all required
details. The winner will be required to respond and accept the prize within 24 hours
of sent message time. The Sponsor’s marketing team will communicate with the
winner by email or other reasonable methods to coordinate prize retrieval. Should in
person prize pick-up be requested a valid government issued ID must be presented.
Sponsor shall require the prize winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility, publicity
release (except where prohibited), liability waiver and/or IRS Form W-9 prior to the
delivery of any prize (collectively, "Affidavit"). Should winner choose to not redeem
the entire prize, the value of the prize will not be reduced for tax purposes. If the
prize winner is found to be ineligible, fails to respond within the applicable time
period or fail to execute the Affidavit or provide other documentation/information
required by Sponsor and/or the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the
Sponsor may in their sole discretion consider such prize winner to have forfeited.
Sponsor shall then have the option and not the obligation to randomly select another
prize winner in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late,
misdirected, incomplete or incorrect entries or notices even if due to human and/or
Sponsor error.

General Provisions: Limitations apply and may include any of the following: Not valid
for tax or gratuity, not valid for parties, catered events, merchandise or gift card
purchases. No frequent diner points will be issued for transaction, cannot be
combined with any other comp card or promotional offer, cannot be used toward
ticketed events, one time use only, no refunds and not valid for cash. Cannot be
used on the following blackout dates; Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day,
Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve. Prize is for one dine-in date only. No
prize substitutions allowed and no cash alternatives or refunds are available. Prizes
are non-transferable. No Prize includes alcoholic beverages. Except where prohibited
by law, participation in this promotion and/or acceptance of any prize constitutes
permission to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness and photograph for
advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
All Employees of SRC Restaurant Manager LLC (“Sponsor”) and Lettuce Entertain You
Enterprises, Inc., their respective agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and
promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families and household
members of each are not eligible. Odds of winning prize depend on the number of
eligible entries received.
This promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated
with Facebook or Instagram. Your entry to this contest constitutes a full and
complete release of Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability related to this
promotion. You are providing your information to Sponsor, and Lettuce Entertain You
Enterprises, Inc. and not to Facebook or Instagram.
By participating, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules
and all Sponsor decisions. By participating and/or accepting the prize,
participants/winners agree to release Sponsor and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises,
Inc., and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and
agents as stated herein from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages
of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use,
and/or misuse of any prize or participation in this promotion or in prize-related
activities and that Sponsor may use participant’s/winner’s name, likeness and
submitted photograph for advertising and publicity purposes, in any and all media
now or hereafter known, without further notice or compensation (except where
prohibited by law). Winners acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor its agents have
made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation,
or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize.
Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with
this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class
action.  This Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the
laws of the State of Illinois, regardless of conflicts of laws principles. Any action or
litigation concerning this Promotion shall take place exclusively in the federal or state
courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois, and each Registered Participant expressly
consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of
lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Each
Registered Participant agrees to service of process by mail or other method
acceptable under the laws of the State of Illinois. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR
AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH
ENTERING THIS PROMOTION. REGISTERED PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY
RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY'S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE,

INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE
OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
