Summer Starts at Miru

Kick off the season at Miru with an afternoon celebrating the start of summer! On Saturday, June 13 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, join us on the terrace for a summer launch party in partnership with Flecha Azul Tequila and Aspen Vodka.

Set against panoramic views of Navy Pier, Lake Michigan, and the Chicago River, the St Regis Chicago Terrace transforms into an open-air celebration featuring a margarita bar, vodka and caviar tastings, hand rolls made to order, crispy chicken and pork belly bao, a roaming mochi cart, edamame guac and chips, and an array of Japanese-inspired bites. The cost is $98.00 per person, plus tax and service fee.
