New Summer Sake Features

This season, we’re introducing two limited-release sakes that showcase incredible Japanese craftsmanship.

First is Terada Honke “Katori 90”, a rare, wild-fermented sake from a 350-year-old natural brewery. Made pesticide-free using ambient yeasts and an Edo-period recipe, it’s left unpolished at 90% to give you a complex, robust taste of how sake tasted centuries ago.

We’re also pouring Heiwa “KID” Shiboritate, a bright, seasonal Junmai Ginjo from Wakayama. Meaning “freshly squeezed,” this vibrant style is brewed using incredibly soft spring water that flows directly from the sacred Koyasan temple.

Both of these exclusive summer pours are available now for a limited time.
