On April 2nd, Miru welcomes an extraordinary cross-cultural collaboration as Miru Chefs Hisanobu Osaka and Helmy Saadon join Chef Brian Enyart (Leña Brava) and Pastry Chef Jennifer Enyart ( Frontera Grill, Topolo, Bar Sótano, and Xoco) for a Mexican Japanese wine dinner. This multi-course dinner is thoughtfully paired with selections from Parvada Wines located in the state of Coahuila de Zaragoza, in the oldest wine-growing region in America.
