On Thursday, September 11th, join Miru for the first dinner in a Tsukiji Market Series, inspired by Japan’s legendary market traditions. In the center of the dining room, Chef Osaka will showcase the art of whole-fish butchery, breaking down an impressive tuna in true Tsukiji style.
