Celebrate Thanksgiving at Miru at The St. Regis Chicago with a luxurious Japanese-inspired brunch. From 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, enjoy signature dishes and breathtaking views as you gather with family and friends before the holiday dinner. Savor favorites like Okonomiyaki — a Japanese cabbage pancake with baby shrimp and tonkatsu — Breakfast Bao with egg custard, bacon, and crunchy garlic aioli, and Steak and Eggs, served with hash browns and shiso chimichurri, along with other Miru specialties. 

Miru will be closed for dinner service on Thanksgiving Day.
