Known for her pioneering work with the Koshu grape — an ancient varietal native to Japan and cultivated in Napa Valley as the first and only U.S. production of its kind — Michelle brings a rare expression of heritage and innovation to the glass. With delicate floral notes, vibrant acidity, and a whisper of umami, Koshu achieves a refined balance that pairs beautifully with Japanese flavors. Guests will enjoy a five-course dinner with pairings, priced at $195 per person, plus tax and service charge.
